What is the Errigal Learning Hub?

Who should take these courses?
These courses are designed for anyone who uses the Errigal platform—NOC operators, engineers, field technicians, administrators, and project managers. Whether you’re new to Errigal or training a full team, the courses guide you step-by-step through the tools you’ll use every day.
Will I receive a certification after completing the training?
Yes. Since many of our customers have teams with people joining and leaving regularly, we recommend using the certification as part of your internal onboarding process. Your team leads can easily see who has completed the training so new or temporary staff can get up to speed fast.
Can I share this training with my team?
Definitely. This training hub was designed for teams. You can share access with colleagues so everyone can learn at their own pace and obtain their certification.
Can I track which members of my team have completed the certification?
Most users complete the IDMS Essentials course in 1–2 hours, while the IDMS Advanced course takes 3–4 hours, depending on how much hands-on practice you do.

What’s the difference between the IDMS Essentials course and the IDMS Advanced course?
The IDMS Essentials course covers the essential features in the shared environment and dedicated instance environment: monitoring devices, viewing alarms, handling tickets, and running basic reports. The IDMS Advanced course includes these basics plus advanced features for customers with their own instance of the software – like workflow creation, permissions management, custom reporting, data loading, and integrations.
